Don't see why not? It looks like a copy of an old USSR Tu-16 bomber (NATO codename "Badger"). They were capable of carrying some pretty big missiles like the AS-5 "Kelt" anti-surface missile. Easy to fit larger missile to its airframe, too.

It's just gotta take off, fly to a spot and drop the fucker.
