Was looking for 261 connection.

Found it: Biden joined the military in 2003 and attended The JAG School at the University of Virginia[14] as a member of the Delaware Army National Guard. He attained the rank of Major in the Judge Advocate General's Corps as part of the 261st Signal Brigade in Smyrna, Delaware.[15][16]

President Obama described Biden as "an original. He was a good man. He did in 46 years what most of us couldn't do in 146."

A portion of the 21st Century Cures Act (2016) was named the "Beau Biden Cancer Moonshot" initiative after him.[52][53][54]

Brick residential is not common in the PNW. You can find lots of brick homes in the south. (TEnnessee for sure)

However humidity in south will strangle you if you aren’t ready/prepared.

WA is growing because Oregon and California suck balls.

Lots of construction happening and also a decent amount of rural land available right now.

Homes are not brick facade in PNW. I’m more of a residential studier than commercial, but I know the housing up here is being built up fast. Some Land and home values have nearly doubled in cost/value in just the last 5 years.

I’m currently fantasizing that all of the deep states children has turned against their parents. They’re all gonna take the stage together D&R and ask for redemption. Impossible to defend!
