We are fighting a war of information. If Trump declassified on day one a trap, to capture [THEM ALL] would not spring shut. Would only net the minions and a few middle management types.
Our Success largely depends on public sentiment and disconnected the populace from their regular sources of media. The lines were drawn in 2016 and those firmly on the left wouldn't accept the declassed info, no matter how authentic. They need to be coaxed across the line and start trusting media sources outside their preferred networks, those exerting narrative control.
An enemy who destroys themselves is what we are going for, imho. Give them a little rope and let them swing in the breeze, in broad fucking daylight.
