Could be Jill Biden causing the problems. Not Hunter's mother. Was in affair with his father when his mother was killed. Did stress from that affect his mother? Did it lead to the accident?
If Hunter senses Jill is pushing his father to the detriment of his father's health just to become 1st lady, Hunter may think it's time to settle some old scores.
