they blew up some from PNG in 2014 and filmed it - may be recycle and propaganda
I can tell you that if that dam was undercut or the pourings shifted enough to let water begin to seep through. then it is just time and erosion before it goes.
I have wondered for years about 'watch the water' - is it this?
