Anons can someone recommend me a good state in the South USA to move to? I want to come to USA on an investor visa and start a small business. I can't stay here in New Zealand now that its going full communism. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

I'd like to open a hole-in-the-wall Northern Chinese breakfast shop if I have the luxury of choosing. It has to cost at least 150k investment to get the visa..
