That appears to be expensive food. I would be looking at a west coast city to easily fit in with such a product. Perhaps wine country in CA or OR would work. Thing is you get off in hillbilly country in the south or whatever you will find that people are more likely to go to a pit BBQ place that their cousin's uncles moonshining friend knows from highschool. ... Your food would be the norm in a place like Bend, Oregon in the down town area or even in the valley area which is wine country. I could see stuff like that in the ski towns in Colorado/Idaho

 

Tell you what, If you can possibly afford it TRAVEL the us for a year or so to get a feel for different places. Not kidding when I say this. You are from a nation that is like half-a state and an island. THIS. PLACE. IS. HUGE and quite varied.
