This Anon certainly hopes that Barksdale is not swampy, after reading his statement to the US House subcommittee on July 16, 2019. In that statement he explained how USPS Inspectors work with many other agencies (federal, state, local and foreign) and have full time personnel assigned to other agencies (including the White House). Anon is comforted to know that China is on USPS's radar.

-Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
-Homeland Security Investigations (HSI)
-U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)

-the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
Inspection Service personnel are assigned full-time:
-White House’s Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP)
-the DEA’s Special Operations Division (SOD)
-the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) Fusion Center
-CBP’s National Targeting Center (NTC).
Internationally, a Postal Inspector is now detailed at Europol in The Hague.
