I just got home and saw this stuff about 4chan catching voter fraud in action. The guy looks around fiddling with a ballot and marks something with a pen on the ballot.
When I screen shot it the circle in already filled out for Biden long before the whoever that guy is touches it with a pen.

Donald Trump/Pence is the first circle.
Joe Biden/Harris is the second circle underneath.
Don't know if this is just another diversion. Why is anyone near those ballots with pens in the first place.
