'''I care a great deal about handoff procedures

the ones use last bread to "hand off" were HIDDEN from view'''

LAST NIGHT as well

Exactly the same.

bakers don't get to sneak handoffs just coz they are ON DUTY

When anons see them doing this,

CALL THEM OUT

Make them usered textand bold so anons can see what is going on.

TY for baking baker. Would be good if you had said what happened at the doh post, so anons would know the score.

Also, I almost baked too -

please announce when you are ebaking so nobody else accidentally bakes.

Clear handoff procedures keep things on the up and up.

>She was confirmed but didn't bake.

No.

Not a legit handoff, was done BENEATH THE SHEETS.

Handoffs need to be TAGGED TO THE DOUGH, especially late at night.

Also:

HANDOFFS need to be done in the bread at the dough post in real time, not done before previous baker has finished his bread. That is SNEAKY. NEVER OK.

Anyone wanna discuss this further, come to baking seminar on Thursday night 7pm et,

We gotta get this stuff out on the table.

not formal handoff procedure with ask and answer protocol

and baker who "picked up" did not bake.

no tag to doh post either

i arrived and couldn't figure out whether there was a baker or not

so - yes - red text

but little else

and "confirmed baker" did not bake

according to ebaker

so don't play games with me.

This kind of 'handof" is confusing, sloppy and did not work.

>bbread

animefag just posted it to me, like it was some kind of explanation for why she did not bake

i was racing all over that bread trying to figure out what was going on and why no new bake at 715, really confusing. Getting ready to ebake.

>self-confirming who is baker

I did not ask you, anon.

I asked baker to self-confirm.

Yes, i make statement about handoff procedures because they are the procedures that have been used for 3 years.

And they work.

Maybe you don't give a fuck about such things, but they are what keeps things clear.

Same as for PILOT in airplanes.

Good for anons and other bakers to know who is baking.

You want "any old thing" to be ok for handoffs.

Chaos ok with you?

Chaos does not serve the board, the anons or Q.

Only shills.

i am not a shill

if you are not, then plz know that i was extremely frustrated last bread

to arrive and not to be able to figure out wtf was going on bc not dough tag, no chatter from baker(s), and finally, no baker from any other than an ebaker

who never signed in and does not sign in now

stuff like this creates chaos
