Lucifer to this low level planet seems powerful to them I guess. Guardians and Arch Angels are much more powerful than Lucifer. He is a joke. The problem is the Guardians and Arch Angels do not interfere with free will. So they let Lucifer do his homosexual stuff to this planet because the negative people here call upon him and he answers the call. But in the grand scheme he is just a noob.
