I still get teary eyed at Costner's monologue in court at the end of the movie.

 

When he talks about the working class ordinary people who donate money to the investigation and says "These are people who can't afford to send money, but DO".

 

Can't help myself.

because they are headstrong, run on emotion and are raised to be assholes, not accountable for their actions and violent. Media gives them a pass and encourages that behaviour and it ruins the black community.
