This is the first officer. The captain will shortly select the "hard ride" option and the aircraft will begin terrain-following flight at nap-of-the-earth altitude. Some turbulence and motion with maneuvering should be expected. Air sickness bags are located in the seatpocket in front of you, if you require it. Please maintain a secure grip on the bag at all times, and retain any used bags for disposal when you exit the airdraft. Do not place them back to the seatpocket.
Please return your seatbacks, tray tables and stewardesses to their original upright positions and fasten your seat belts for safety.
