I've seen the plane Q posted photos of.

There is a canister hanging off of the bottom of it, I have also seen them on same flight path with 2 canisters off the sides.

Way more sinister looking then his photos but I recognized it as soon as I saw it. It flew past yesterday, I'll try and get a better photo, from below.

Flies so low it doesn't show up on radar.

Flights have been international.
