The John Legend lyric "fading star" refers to the Kepler Supernova (SN1604), which is thought to be the inspiration for the Eye of Providence ("it's everywhere"), also known as the All-Seeing Eye of God (depends on who your god is). Lucifer/Prometheus/Satan is often portrayed as a fallen star (exoterically a comet) and a fallen angel who has one eye. The imagery of the eye in the triangle with rays eminating from it, is not just the capstone to a pyramid, it is a depiction of this supernova. The eye is the dying star, the rays are the explosion, and the triangle is the location in the sky: constellations Scorpio, Ophiuchus, and Sagittarius. I lost my reference for the names of the 3 actual stars of the triangle, but the supernova itself can be found near Xi Ophiuchi. As this supernova was visible to the naked eye, nearly everyone at the time would have been aware of it. First it became very bright, and then it faded.
In the posted article, albeit flawed but still useful, some of the points of interest attatched to the witnessing of the supernova relevant to today are: the arrival of a female leader (HRC?), the Netherlands (who can veto the vote for Pope?), the Age of Enlightenment, and thus of course the Illuminati itself.
