Good point, I am not sure. We have to realise that the book of Revelation, as with any prophetic book in the bible, is timeless. For instance, the British media during the Napoleonic Wars thought Napoleon was the anti-christ, and for good reason. He deceived those who followed him and caused the deaths of around 4% of Europe's population at the time.
Nevertheless, I do think there are passages in the bible that can only refer to this time, because of technology. Especially the spirit of Jezebel (Feminism) corrupting the church. Rev 3.
