It would make more sense for Q to post the tweet where he proclaims he is a proud pedophile along with many of his others that are super creepy.

Maybe Q has the access to the NSA stuff and there is more to it, maybe it’s just plain disinfo, maybe it’s just meant to draw attention and cause that person to freak out and do something stupid.
