On it's face, theirs…given the role he has been playing. He was a sleeper in the sense that he put on a good show and waiting as long as possible to start showing his colors.
Of course, it's always possible he is doing that as a head fake to make them think this is in hand, but is actually a white hat….
In other words if sitting on the laptop and keeping the FBI quiet and cucked while cleaning house and firing the black hats was all according to plan, then they could allow him to "go along" with "their" plan to lull them into complacency. Then the hammer falls from somewhere else, like Durham or another source.
