House cleaning begins with the installation of new Directors of both the F.B.I. and C.I.A… Looks like an attempt to salvage two organizations that should be disbanded/defunded. New agencies, built from ground up, that actually does their jobs is what is needed. But, ya know… "Trust the plan", and whatnot…
