the only exception is if you're a living person who inherited it before the federal law was passed. In that case you can possess it and view it, but you cannot do anything else with it. This includes displaying it or sharing it with anyone else. You cannot transfer ownership of it. You also cannot pass it to your heirs.
Is there a living person with zoophelic porn? Probably. But you'll never legally see it in the US.
