My question is in Trump's speech at the rally in ND after everyone was chanting, "Build the Wall," he said, "We have already started. $1.6 billion. We are getting the wall built." The question is are any new parts of the wall being built or are we merely only repairing parts of the original wall? Big difference. Why not just state we're repairing the existing wall in San Francisco?Time for total transparency. We've been lied to and deceived before, just trying to make sure that doesn't happen again.
