I've never posted before, however, I have a feeling the [30] isn't referring to 30 days. it was 31 days after the post when McCain died. I do not believe this is a mistake as it's in brackets and on a new line and not associated with [0:28]. The [30] I believe is a reference that is used by the MSM or originally the Associated Press. uses to signify the end of the story or more ironically in typography meaning the same thing as [30] is a character called a "Tombstone". I believe that the [0:28] is only referencing the minute as proof of who is in control having nothing to do with the hour in which McCain died.
There has been conjecture about the number of days being inaccurate and the time of death being incorrect due to Arizona being in a timezone that is separate from standard mountain time in the daylight savings time months. Well if you read the post time it's in EST, not EDT which makes it two hours later than the time of death which is accurate. Why I find [30] worth mentioning is that any reference to [30] I believe isn't referencing the number of days or amount of people just the fact that they have a tombstone coming their way and the {0:28] means only that the 28 is what we should be considering not the placeholder 0, that is only to signify the structure of time and to be considered a placeholder for the actual time, expecting people to do the translation from EDT to EST to Mountain time in the State of Arizona where the time doesn't change from its wintertime is silly, the exact minute should suffice. guessing the minute of someone's death is impressive enough without saying exactly what day he will die and precise hour especially given the timezone issues most people would just screw it up and that would give the post less creditability.
The post where every dog has its day I believe is in reference to the flag flying at half mast on national dog day, was in a sense saying that McCain had his day then, his day in the spotlight again I guess you could say but as a dog, I guess a dirty dog! the day where he was at least optically respected. As I recall hearing the flag was raised to full mast at 12:02 in the morning, right after dog day ended.
