After a short walk the mule figures out that he isnt going to get that carrot dangling in front of his face. So he stops until you feed him for real. We’re smarter than mules and we aren’t going to just blindly accept what is given to us without any results. That’s the reason this country is in the bad spot it is now to begin with.
