Wanxiang founder Lu Guanqiu (鲁冠球), had met with Obama in January 2011, and employed Obama’s ally, former Chicago Mayor Richard Daley. HUNTER had previously worked for Richard’s brother Secretary of Commerce William Daley, as Executive Director of E-Commerce Policy Coordination.11William Daley was Obama’s former Chief of Staff (2011 -2012).
