Chinese Energy Firm Gives Biden Crime Family $5 Million âInterest-Freeâ Loan Through Investment Vehicle Described as âConsulting Feesâ to Hunter Biden
A new tranche of emails from Hunter Bidenâs laptop from hell were released on Thursday and they are explosive.
An e-mail to Hunter Bidenâs partner, SinoHawk CEO Tony Bobulinski, from a top Chinese official on July 26, 2017 shows the Chinese energy company CEFC proposed a $5 million âinterest-freeâ loan to the Biden family âbased on their trust on [Biden] family[.]â
By âtrustâ they mean leverage and blackmail.
Recall, Biden associate, Tony Bobulinski on Wednesday night released a devastating memo confirming Joe Biden was in on the Biden familyâs corruption while he was VP.
Tony Bobulinski is the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings which was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family.
The following email is from a top Chinese official to Tony Bobulinski on July 26, 2017 proposing a $5 million âinterest-freeâ loan and possible subsequent loan(s).
The Chinese official asked Tony Bobulinski, âHow will the 5 million be usedâŚ.This 5 million loan is interest free. But if the 5 million is used up, should CEFC keep lending more to the family?â
Less than two weeks later, on August 8, 2017, $5 million was wired from a CEFC-affiliated investment vehicle to the bank account for Hudson West III, which spent the next year transferring $4,790,375 million directly to Hunter Bidenâs firm, Owasco, according to Senate documents.
Senate investigators described how the Chinese state owned energy company wired the $5 million âloanâ to Hunterâs firm through an investment vehicle â to the bank account for Hudson West III âwhich then dispersed the money to Hunterâs firm (money laundering).

Biden Associate Warned in a Text Message: âDonât Mention Joe Biden Being Involved⌠Only When You Are Face to Face⌠They are Paranoidâ
A whistleblower CEO and Biden associate, Tony Bobulinski on Wednesday night released a devastating memo confirming Joe Biden was in on the Biden familyâs corruption while he was VP.
Tony Bobulinski is the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings which was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family.
Bobulinski, who was named in one of the emails released by The New York Post said in his statement that the emails are authentic.
âHunter Biden called his dad âthe Big Guyâ or âmy Chairmanâ and frequently referenced asking him for the sign-off or advice on various potential deals that we were discussing,â Bobulinski said. âIâve seen Vice President Biden saying he never talked to Hunter about his business. Iâve seen first hand that thatâs not true, because it wasnât just Hunterâs business, they said they were putting the Biden family name and its legacy on the line.â
Bobulinski continued, âOnce I realized that Hunter wanted to use the company as his personal piggy bank by just taking money out of it as soon as it came from the Chinese, I took steps to prevent that from happening.â
Bobulinski referenced the damning Senate report on Hunter Biden and said it connected the dots.
â[The Johnson Report] made me realize the Bidens had gone behind my back and gotten paid millions of dollars by the Chinese, even though they told me they hadnât and wouldnât do that to their partners,â he said.
Now thisâŚ.
A May 2017 text message obtained by Fox News reveals Tony Bobulinski was warned by his business partner James Gilliar not to mention Joe Biden was involved.
Tony Bobulinski was brought into Sinohawk Holdings to be CEO by James Gilliar and Hunter Biden â James Gilliar made sure to warn Bobulinski never to mention Joe Biden being involved because they were paranoid.
âDonât mention Joe being involved, itâs only when u are face to face, I know u know that but they are paranoid.â

Senate Judiciary Committee Subpoenas Twitter, Facebook for Censorship Practices
The Senate Judiciary Committee subpoenaed Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey on Thursday for their censorship practices.
All 12 Judiciary Committee Republicans approved the motion to subpoena Twitter and Facebook for their censorship of a New York Post story about Hunter Bidenâs laptop and other content moderation practices.
The subpoena arises as the committee also advanced Supreme Court Justice nominee Judge Amy Coney Barrett out of the committee. Judiciary Committee Democrats boycotted the meeting.
Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO), a Judiciary Committee member, said in a statement on Thursday that the âsubpoenaâ was a significant victory for Republicans.
âSenate Judiciary Committee has just voted subpoenas to @Facebook and @Twitter â all Republicans voting yes. BIG victory that didnât look possible even 24 hrs ago,â Hawley wrote. â24 hrs ago I was informed the Judiciary Committee would NOT vote on subpoenas and that multiple Râs didnât want to vote yes. Today, unanimous. I applaud @LindseyGrahamSC for standing strong.â

Republicans across the spectrum have increasingly called for changing Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which tech experts contend grants big tech companies too much leeway to censor without significant legal recourse.
The Senate Commerce Committee Republicans voted in October to subpoena Facebook, Twitter, and Google before the November elections. Dorsey, Zuckerberg, and Google CEO Sundar Pichai will testify regarding their content moderation and privacy practices. The big tech CEOs will testify before the Commerce committee on October 28.
Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) introduced legislation that would remove ambiguity in Section 230 to combat big tech censorship on the Internet.
âIn a country that has long cherished the freedom of expression, we cannot allow Big Tech to handpick the speech that conservatives and Americans may access and post on the internet,â the Georgia conservative said.
âFor too long, Big Tech has hidden behind the overly vague Section 230 protections, while engaging in practices that are fundamentally un-American and anti-democratic,â she said.

AOC, Ilhan Omar take part in online event organized by vlogger who last year said 'America deserved 9/11'
'F*** it, I'm saying it'
Far-left U.S. Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) and Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) took part in an online get-out-the-vote event this week organized by Hasan Piker, an activist vlogger who last year said "America deserved 9/11," the Washington Free Beacon reported.
The congresswomen played the popular video game "Among Us" and livestreamed it with other gamers Tuesday night on Twitch as part of a voting outreach to young people watching on the platform, USA Today said, adding that over 435,000 people viewed the event.
Ocasio-Cortez noted at the beginning of the stream that Piker, one of the gamers, "wrangled" the event together at the last minute, the Free Beacon said.
Last year, Piker â a former former contributor to the left-wing news and commentary group The Young Turks â attacked U.S. Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas) in a video and said "America deserved 9/11," the Free Beacon noted. Crenshaw lost his right eye in 2012 while serving in Iraq.
"This guy has the understanding of foreign policy of, like, a 12-year-old," Piker said of Crenshaw, according to the outlet. "What the f. What the f is wrong with this dude? Didn't he go to war and like literally lose his eye because some mujahideen â a brave fing soldier â fed his eye hole with their d***."
Piker also said, "America deserved 9/11, dude. F*** it, I'm saying it."
Following backlash, Piker admitted his comments were "inappropriate" and poorly executed satire, the Wrap said.
"I didn't say Americans deserved 9/11 â I said America deserves 9/11," Piker added, according to the Wrap.
Even Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks called Piker's words "incredibly crass" and "wrong," the outlet noted.
Piker's response? "Maybe you can chalk it up to English being my second language or whatever you want to chalk it up to," he said, according to the Wrap.
What else?
Twitch suspended Piker for his comments last year, the Free Beacon said.
More from the outlet:
Ocasio-Cortez was scheduled to participate in an event Tuesday evening to honor the late Israeli prime minister Yitzhak Rabin but pulled out last month after facing pressure from Palestinian activists. She has also refused to meet with multiple Jewish leaders and community activists in New York City.
Omar, of course, is well known for anti-Semitism and last year infamously characterized the events of 9/11 as "some people did something." Ocasio-Cortez defended Omar as backlash hit due to her 9/11 statement, saying criticisms of Omar were an "incitement of violence against progressive women of color," the Associated Press said.

Report: Foxconn accepted $4 billion in government incentives to build a Wisconsin factory and employ 13,000 people. Turns out the facility is a fake.
There's a building, but no one is making anything
A massive Taiwanese electronics company promised to build a huge factory in Wisconsin and provide 13,000 new jobs in exchange for tax breaks and other incentives.
The company built the facility, but officials are asking: Where are the jobs, and what is being produced?
A new report reveals that the new factory is a fake.
What's the background?
Back in 2017, Taiwan's electronics giant Foxconn vowed to build what the company said would be a $10 billion factory in Wisconsin that would employ 13,000 people building LCD TV screens. In exchange, the state government offered the company more than $4 billion in incentives, including $3 billion in refundable tax credits.
In June 2018, President Donald Trump, Foxconn CEO Terry Gou, and former Wisconsin officials ceremonially broke ground on what was supposed to be the site of a 20-million-square-foot complex.
But on March 30, 2019, the company suddenly announced it would not be building the plant after all.
President Trump then stepped in to make phone calls to Gou and reportedly got the company to agree two days later to go forward with the planned factory.
Great news on Foxconn in Wisconsin after my conversation with Terry Gou! https://t.co/2wtuCdl7TX
â Donald J. Trump (@Donald J. Trump)1549046648.0
What's happening now?
Well, Foxconn has built a factory in Wisconsin, but it appears that's about the extent of it.
In a story posted Wednesday evening, the Verge revealed that the factory is essentially a fake.
Citing a report from the Wisconsin Division of Executive Budget and Finance, the Verge said Foxconn did not build the giant Gen 10.5 LCD facility for building TV screens it had promised. Instead, the electronics outfit built a "smaller Gen 6 LCD factory" that "shows no signs of manufacturing LCDs in the foreseeable future and 'may be better suited for demonstration purposes.'"
The building is reportedly 1/20th the size originally promised â and now is not even being used for anything close to its stated purpose.
According to the Verge, Foxconn got a permit to "change its intended use from manufacturing to storage." Also, the company has yet to order the equipment necessary to make LCDs.
And those promised 13,000 jobs? Turns out that the company hired only 281 people by the end of 2019 who qualified to meet the terms of the deal with the state. Many of those employees have already been laid off, the Verge said. And the job numbers continue to go in the wrong direction.
Has the state responded?
Now the state is striking back, saying that the Foxconn project does not warrant the massive subsidy package pushed and approved by then-Gov. Scott Walker (R), which included at least $400 million in state and local government spending on land and infrastructure the company will now probably never use.
The state report cited by the Verge said, "Taxpayers fully performed their side of the agreement to date, while the Recipients have not," adding that "state taxpayers have spent as much if not more than" Foxconn has its campus.
The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, which has been tasked with overseeing the Foxconn deal, elected last week to deny the company its first installment of $3 billion in refundable tax credits, the Verge reported.
According to the WEDC, Foxconn has refused to come to the table to negotiate a revision of the company's contract, despite multiple warnings the state has issued that the current project is in violation of the state's agreement and therefore ineligible for subsidies.

FNCâs Wallace: If Hunter Story Was True â âWe Would Have Seen the Fruits of That Investigation by Nowâ
Fox News host Chris Wallace said Thursday on âAmericaâs Newsroomâ that if the allegations that former Vice President Joe Biden had financially profited from his son Hunterâs foreign business dealings that would have been discovered by now.
While discussing tonightâs presidential debate, Wallace said, âItâs certainly going to be brought up tonight.â
He continued, âIf Kristen Welker doesnât bring it up â and I think she will â the president will bring it up.â
He added, âIt is interesting you saw yesterday Governor Huckabee say if you want to bring it up fine, but you have to talk about what peopleâs concerns, their daily lives are, healthcare, economy, jobs, all that stuff. Marc Thiessen, the former speechwriter for George W. Bush, said the same thing. I think the president has to be a little careful because you heard Barack Obama yesterday point out that The New York Times had revealed that Donald Trump has â not had, but has â a secret bank in China. And said that, you know, if that had come out when he was president, people would have called him Beijing Barry. It seems to me that Biden is going to have something to come back at.â
He concluded, âThe question is whether or not in fact he personally benefitted financially, the 10% for the big guy. Remember that the hard drive âit gets complicated here, the computer guy in Delaware gave to the FBI in December of 2019 â so about 10-11 months ago â theyâve had and one assumes that had Biden taken money from a foreign entity while he was vice president and had he lied because weâve seen his tax returns from 2019 that we would have seen the fruits of that investigation by now.â

Senate Judiciary Committee approves Amy Coney Barrett Supreme Court nomination despite Democrats' boycott
The Senate Judiciary Committee has approved Trump-nominated Justice Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, despite the body's Democratic members' efforts to frustrate the process by boycotting the vote.
The 12 Republican members of the committee unanimously approved Barrett's nomination on Thursday morning, sending the nomination to the full Senate for confirmation. Their 10 Democrat counterparts, however, were absent from the proceedings, having chosen to sit out the vote in protest.
Sitting in the place of the Democratic members of the Senate Judiciary Committee were giant photographs of people said to rely on the Affordable Care Act for their healthcare - former President Barack Obama's signature healthcare bill that was advertised as bringing universal healthcare to the US but fell short of that goal.
Democrats worry Barrettâs vote on the Court will jeopardize the program, which has already been cut back under President Donald Trump, by eliminating its signature âindividual mandateâ which required Americans to purchase healthcare or face a tax penalty. Barrett has previously argued against the Act, penning an essay in 2017 that declared it unconstitutional, and the Supreme Court is scheduled to take up a case next month that could invalidate the entire policy.
Judiciary Committee head Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) dismissed the Democrats' protest, stating it was the party's âchoiceâ to boycott but âwe're not going to allow them to take over the committee.â The committeeâs approval clears the way for a full Senate vote on Barrettâs confirmation, scheduled for Monday.
