Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and Senator Ron Wyden called on the FBI on Thursday NOT TO INVESTIGATE the Biden Crime Family before the election.

The top Democrats say they believe an investigation into the Biden Family could “undermine the rule of law.”

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) are calling on the FBI to refrain from opening any investigation of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s family prior to the 2020 election.

“We write regarding press reports concerning materials allegedly describing activities by Hunter Biden, and found on a laptop at a Delaware repair shop,” the two wrote in a Thursday letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray. “We are deeply concerned about the possibility that in response to these reports the Trump administration will take actions before Election Day that would seek to damage the Democratic presidential candidate and undermine the rule of law.”

The duo singled out President Donald Trump and his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, as purveyors of potentially bad information, writing that attempts by them “and others to perpetuate narratives” related to the issue “closely track a longstanding effort of Russia and its proxies to amplify false and misleading allegations and themes.”

Reports on the issue in question began in The New York Post on Oct. 14. Several publications have declined to cover them, citing the idea that the laptop referenced by Schumer and Wyden may have contained false information planted by Russia.

GOP Senators Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley to Interview Hunter Associate and Whistleblower Tony Bobulinski Friday

Hunter Biden’s associate Tony Bobulinski is cooperating with senate investigators and provided documents related to his business dealings with the Biden crime family to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.

Bobulinski is also cooperating with the FBI and will announce that he will turn his electronic devices and records of business dealings with Hunter and Jim Biden (Joe’s brother) over to the bureau.

GOP Senators Ron Johnson (WI) and Chuck Grassley (IA) on Thursday announced they will convene an informal interview with Tony Bobulinski this Friday.

Johnson and Grassley also requested more information from Hunter Biden, James Biden (Joe’s slimy brother), James Gilliar (Tony Bobulinski’s business partner), and Rob Walker.

Rob Walker is the husband of Betsy Massey Walker, the long-time White House assistant of Jill Biden.

New Hunter Biden texts appear to show Joe Biden directly involved in setting up Chinese business deal

The evidence continues to mount that Joe Biden lied about his involvement with Hunter Biden's business affairs

As the Hunter Biden laptop story continues to develop, newly revealed text messages purportedly from 2017 appear to show Biden arranging a business meeting with representatives of a Chinese company and his father, Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.

The messages, if accurate, clearly implicate Joe Biden in his family's business dealings with China, contrary to Biden's prior claims. They also corroborate claims made by Tony Bobulinski, a man claiming to be a Biden business associate who says that an email published by the New York Post about a "lucrative" deal with a Chinese energy company is "genuine" and that Joe Biden profited from this deal.

The text messages, obtained and shared on Twitter by The Federalist co-founder Sean Davis, allegedly show Hunter Biden setting up a meeting to discuss a business deal between the now-bankrupt Shanghai-based China Energy Fund Committee and his father Joe Biden and his uncle James Biden. According to Davis, the text messages are from May 2, 2017 and the meeting took place at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

"Mrng plse let me knw [sic] if we will do early dinner w your Uncle & dad and where, also for document translation do you want it in simple Chinese or traditional?" one message reads.

"Not sure on dinner yet and whatever is the most common for a Chinese legal DOC," Hunter Biden replies.

"Chinese legal docs can be both, i'll [sic] make it traditional," the reply states.

"Dad not in now until 11 - lets me I [sic] and Jim meet at 10 at Beverly Hilton where he's staying," Biden said.

In May 2017, Joe Biden was a featured speaker at the Milken Institute Global Conference in Beverly Hills, California, which was hosted at the Beverly Hilton hotel, placing the former vice president at the same time and place as alleged by these text messages.

"The next morning, on May 3, 2017, Hunter's business partner-turned-whistleblower Tony Bobulinski texted James BidenHunter's uncle/Joe Biden's brotherand asked him to 'please thank Joe for his time' for the meeting they all had on May 2 to discuss the China business deal," Davis reports.

Hunter Biden in Possession of Large 2.8 Carat CCP Diamond From Now Missing China Energy Tycoon

During his dealings with the Chinese Communist regime Hunter Biden was given a 2.8-carat jewel from Ye Jianming, then the chairman of CEFC China Energy Company.

In court filings the diamond was estimated to be worth $80,000. Hunter claimed it was worth $10,000.

Ye Jianming later disappeared.

The Bannon War Room on Thursday night released photos of the alleged Hunter Biden diamond.

Hunter told the New Yorker he got rid of the diamond?

The diamond listed in police custody was listed as 3.1 carat.

The New York Post reported:

The lawyers in Hunter Biden’s divorce case sparred over his alleged possession of a large diamond given to him by a since-vanished Chinese energy tycoon, emails obtained by The Post reveal.

The correspondence shows a lawyer for Hunter’s then-wife, Kathleen Buhle, demanding information about the gem in an email with the subject line “Biden – Urgent” and an importance level of “High.”

“Hunter is in possession of a large and extremely valuable diamond,” lawyer Rebekah Sullivan wrote on Feb. 17, 2017.

“Please provide proof that the diamond has been placed in a safety deposit box – accessible only by both parties together – by noon tomorrow or we will have no choice but to ask the court, on an emergency basis, to enjoin his further dissipation of assets, including the diamond.” Biden’s lawyer, Sarah Mancinelli, forwarded the email to him, along with a note saying, “Can you tell me what this about and allow me to reassure them there is no issue here?”

In a second email chain, Mancinelli forwarded a follow-up message in which Buhle’s lawyer demanded a “complete explanation, as soon as possible” regarding the diamond’s whereabouts.

FDA Greenlights Gilead Sciences' Remdesivir as First Fully Approved US COVID-19 Treatment

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Thursday approved antiviral drug remdesivir as a COVID-19 treatment, making it the first approved treatment in the US for the novel coronavirus.

The drug, developed by Gilead Sciences, received emergency use authorization from the FDA in May, which allowed hospitals and doctors to administer the drug to hospitalized COVID-19 patients.

“Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Gilead has worked relentlessly to help find solutions to this global health crisis,” Gilead CEO Daniel O’Day said in a statement to CNBC. “It is incredible to be in the position today, less than one year since the earliest case reports of the disease now known as COVID-19, of having an FDA-approved treatment in the US that is available for all appropriate patients in need.”

Gilead also released a statement on Twitter referring to the FDA's approval of the drug as a "milestone" that reflects a "shared commitment" to the fight against COVID-19.

The company in August announced that it is planning on producing more than 2 million treatment courses of the drug by the end of the year, CNBC reported. Its manufacturing network has also been expanded to over 50 companies in North America, Europe and Asia.

Most patients who get treated with remdesivir receive a five-day treatment course. The drug is currently administered intravenously, but the company is working on developing an inhaled version. The drug cannot be taken in a pill due to causing adverse effects on the liver in that form.

When US President Donald Trump tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this month, he was administered remdesivir, which has been shown to reduce the duration of the illness.

"It's not really a treatment in the sense that it'll cure people," Dr. Irwin Redlener, director of the Pandemic Resource and Response Initiative at Columbia University's National Center for Disaster Preparedness, said earlier this month on MSNBC, NBC News reported. "It will just hopefully reduce the fatality rate and reduce the course of the illness."

Stepdad repeatedly raped young girl before she choked newborn baby to death

A man who had a sexual relationship with his stepdaughter, resulting in a baby whom she killed, has been sentenced.

A stepfather whose child abuse victim killed their newborn baby in a caravan park toilet more than two decades ago treated her like his “sexual partner” and she remains traumatised, a Perth court has heard.

The man, who is now aged 56 and cannot be named, pleaded guilty in the WA District Court to having a sexual relationship with the girl when she was aged between 11 and 16 in the 1990s.

Nobody knew about the pregnancy and after the boy was born at the Kambalda caravan park, she stuffed toilet paper in his mouth to keep him quiet then he suffocated.

She left him in the toilet bowl and his body was discovered the next day.

The baby did not have a name, but others have referred to him as Rijul, meaning “innocent” in Hindi.

The mystery was finally solved last year, with the woman pleading guilty to infanticide, and she was handed a suspended jail term.

District Court Judge David MacLean said the abuse tragically became a “routine event” for the girl.

“It appears that you treated the victim as being your sexual partner,” he said on Thursday.

“Through your conduct, you took away the right that this victim had … to have a happy and safe childhood.

“The conduct was aggravated by the fact that it was your duty to protect this child and instead you relentlessly used her for your sexual gratification.”

Judge MacLean said the abuse had a “significant traumatic impact on her life” as a teenager and as an adult.

“Not only did it devastate and destroy this child’s childhood, but she’s carried it with her,” he said.

“It’s sadly, as is often experienced in these courts, echoed and rippled into the lives of those who are close to her.”

Judge MacLean noted the stepfather had since led a lawful life, and he accepted the man was at low risk of reoffending.

The offender was sentenced to eight-and-a-half years in prison and must serve at least six-and-a-half years before he can be eligible for parole.
