Im clocking out at the dough its too much for me. Too much pressure. Im getting pissed. Im done baking for the bakery until something happens Qs not posting with us it's not fun anymore. Will be my last bake then I am ghosting it. Too confusing and too complex for me .You all going to have to work it out and il come back . NOT getting what Im doing wrong.
