Appoint Patriot Bakers as and when they apply;

Appoint Patriot Volunteers as and when they apply;

Choose Best Board Owner applicant.

Instruct new Board Owner to assign Baker three letter IDs.

Bakers only hand off to Approved Bakers.

To be honest, I don’t know if this is feasible but the benefit of excluding THEM from baking and having Patriots exclusively in control is massive. Especially now.

I know you can trace an IP back.
