I couldn't remove the old BV team from voat and they couldn't remove me as an owner so I decided I should focus on this board and let them shit that place up since I cant do anything about it.
right now we aren't sure which bakers are which because we don't have the man hours to spend vetting all of them.with the increase in manpower we may start looking at non invasive ways to handle the confusion. I cannot single highhandedly end the fighting between bakers. I tried that once and I'm not doing it again, but I think we might be able to lift some of the fog of war.

That is my primary concern with bringing new BVs to the team.
