I'm just curious how the BO "gets to know" an anon?
Seemed like a big boom to me.
The fighting between bakers is mainly fake though. I still don't understand why we even need bakers. I can imagine, in the future, why we might need bakers, once there is true freedom of information and all the algos and filters of the Master Controller are dissolved. But after nearly two years here, I really have never understood the need for "bakers" except to try and direct the narrative from the truth (shillage) and create a club-like insider mystique to keep real anons from feeling they can actively participate here. Other than ensuring ONE bread is created by the end of the previous bread, what are the bakers doing? And why can't an ebake just create ONE new bread automatically (as seems to happen anyhow on some occasions)?

Why do we want anyone deciding what is worthy of being notable?
Why not let the world come here and decide for themselves by doing their own research and thinking based on what they see posted here?
