I think Joe's performance tonight will greatly limit his ability to use the "mentally Incapacitated" argument when he comes before the justice system to answer for his crimes. I don't know what drugs he's on, but when I get old and senile, I hope my family gets it for me. This man can't remember his grocery list much less all of these statistics. I don't know. Maybe he has a earbud of some sort, or maybe I'm just wrong; but I've never seen this guy before.
