Man steals from woman who collapsed, died of heart attack in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS (KMOX NewsRadio 1120) – “Police say a man stole the cellphone of a woman, who was dying after collapsing while jogging near the Anheuser-Busch brewery in St. Louis.

The woman collapsed at 12th and Lynch Streets at about 1:15 Sunday afternoon, police tell KMOX. While she was on the ground, a man got out of a red van, took the victim's cell phone and drove off.

There's surveillance video of the incident, which reportedly shows the 64-year-old woman fall multiple times and hit her head on the ground after trying to use her phone. She was taken to the hospital about an hour after collapsing and died of a heart attack. . .”
