President Trump gave Bill Barr a chance for an atonement of past sins. Trump knows what leverage [they] hold over Barr's head. Trump also admonished Barr to "do the right thing" even though you may need to sacrifice yourself due to that leverage. This is why Trump keeps saying, Bill Barr could go down as “the greatest attorney general” or just “an average guy."

John Durham is unaware of Trump's admonishment of Barr. Durham stands ready to start the reckoning but Barr is now acting as a blockade.

Don't expect any indictments before the election. [Their] leverage on Barr has only bought [them] some time with the upcoming election. Even if Biden wins, Barr will allow Durham to begin the reckoning process. Bill Barr chose this path and his past misdeeds will become pubic soon.
