This is what Ive thought 'watch the water' was referring to. I have heard on some YT vids that ppl were getting these messages on their phones and some were fearing that there was a real threat the deep state was planning on nuking out on the coast to trigger tsunamis on the East coast mainland.

Only heard ppl say this tho, no real sauce… But just thought I'd drop this in case it is somehow relevant..
