My understanding is they thought we were stupid. They modified us to be weak. They designed every aspect of our society to manage and control us. They fear us waking up —why? Because we will not need them anymore. If we realize our true power and use if for good, we could surpass the “gods”. We can literally create our own reality, and they were leveraging our abilities for their own personal gain.
