If we don't have PROOF then it's just another conspiracy theory. You can't go around throwing this info out there without proof. And we don't know for sure that he was doing THAT. He could have done something ELSE.
And the physician who took care of her is going to head the VA. I think there might be something to this (and no, I'm not accusing him of doing anything wrong). A skilled physician can see other signs of abuse by looking someone over.
