100% agree, more then most look insane medicating with drugs… i grew up in a east coast city in the 90s & saw alot of homeless there, but they were NOT mentally insane but just drug addict's, but in LA & DENVER its all mentally insane homeless

East coast & midwest gang, look up latin kings in chicago during the riots & look up the gangs in the bronx … NYC gangs made truths with eachother to protect business, but looting still happened but they stopped alot of shit
