President Trump, who has long identified as a Presbyterian, now considers himself a non-denominational Christian, a new report said.

The president shared his change in religious identity in a written interview with the Religious News Service.

“Though I was confirmed at a Presbyterian church as a child, I now consider myself to be a non-denominational Christian,” Trump wrote, without giving an explanation for the transformation or saying when it occurred.

Trump has a loyal base among white evangelicals, who in 2016 helped propel him to victory.

That year, the religious group made up roughly a quarter of the electorate, and 81 percent of them voted for Trump, according to a report by The Washington Post.

The president told RNS that his parents “taught me the importance of faith and prayer from a young age.”

Trump, who contracted COVID-19 in early October, attributed his swift recovery to his faith.

“I said, ‘There were miracles coming down from heaven.’ I meant it — Melania and I are very thankful to God for looking out for our family and returning us to good health,” he told the outlet.

The president received a cocktail of anti-virus drugs while battling COVID-19. After taking an antibody treatment by drugmaker Regeneron, Trump said he “felt like Superman.”

American "progressives" were never hostile to Russia until Putin declared the Soros networks "undesirable" in 2015 and squeezed them out in 2016.

Suddenly the progs started labeling critics of Soros as tools of Putin. So began the collusion narrative.

UPDATED 3:18 PM PT – Friday, October 23, 2020

U.S. District Court Judge Daniel D. Domenico has ruled in favor of two Colorado churches fighting Covid-19 restrictions. On Thursday, the court handed down the decision and permitted two churches to congregate in greater numbers and without masks.

The ruling allows the Denver Bible Church and Community Baptist Church in Brighton, Colo. to gather without restrictions.

Both churches had filed lawsuits against the state for trying to limit religious gatherings while other more secular gatherings were allowed. Church leaders have said they are thankful for the victory and for the opportunity to worship unrestricted.

“We were so thankful that a federal court would recognize our God-given right to worship him,” Pastor Bob Enyart of Denver Bible Church noted. “We can actually sing…and we can gather.”

Chelsea Handler offered an explanation as to why she publicly scolded her ex-boyfriend 50 Cent for supporting President Trump during her Friday night appearance on "The Tonight Show."

The comedian had been feuding with 50 Cent born Curtis James Jackson III since Monday when he shared an image from a news broadcast on Instagram that depicted the rates at which certain places would be taxed under Joe Biden's plan. The broadcast highlighted New York state (58%) and New York City (62%).

"WHAT THE FK! (VOTE ForTRUMP) IM OUT," wrote Jackson in the caption. "FK NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway. I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people 62% are you out of ya f–king mind."

Handler insisted the 62 percent tax hike "isn't a plan" under Joe Biden, calling it a "lie" during her interview with "Tonight Show" host Jimmy Fallon.

"So he doesn't want to pay 62 percent in taxes because he doesn't want to go from '50 Cent' to '20 Cent' and I had to remind him that he was a Black person, so he can’t vote for Donald Trump and that he shouldn't be influencing an entire swath of people who may listen to him because he's worried about his own personal pocketbook,“ Handler said.

The remark seemed reminiscent of Biden's "You ain't Black" comment, during an interview with radio host Charlamagne Tha God, for which the Democrat was heavily criticized earlier this year.

Handler said she "hasn't heard back" from Fiddy but told Fallon she's willing to "seal the deal in more ways than one" in order to get her ex-boyfriend to publicly denounce Trump.

A new Rasmussen Reports telephone and online survey of Likely Voters in Florida finds Trump beating Biden 49% to 46%.

Factor in those who haven’t made up their minds yet but are leaning toward one candidate or the other, and Trump gains another point, besting Biden 50% to 46%.

Florida is a must-win state for Trump. He won it narrowly in 2016, and polls showed him trailing Biden. But Donald seems to be peaking at just the right time.

But to get to 270, Donald also needs to pick up at least one of the big three blue swing states: Pennsylvania, Michigan or Wisconsin. And while he’s running close in all of them, it looks like he could be surging ahead in one of them.

That’s a great poll for Trump. He won Michigan by a much closer margin last time, and other polls ar still showing a Biden lead there, so Trump has to focus on picking up these Midwest states. His economic arguments to open up and support the oil and racking industries should help his cause.

But there’s a movement beyond the swing states—it looks like there is a major move nationally that looks quite different from 2016.
