>>7646727 Q proof bread
Unfortunately, this is not a proof, fren. The London Pic used in your infographic regarding Lisa Page testimony could not have been taken in DEC 2016.
The pic you have used was taken during winter of 2013/2014, as per the details within the camera frame. Find the markers by scrutinizing the surroundings/updates as per Q's guidance in Q 1455.
Example one - by DEC 2016 the lanes had been altered significantly to include segregated cycling only lanes on the riverside of the carriageway. Second example - the colours of the funnel on the TATTERSHALL CASTLE - the floating pub on the Thames - was white on top in the Q pic but changed to red on top long before the winter of 2015/2016. Third example - in the Q pic there was scaffolding, covered by a white shroud or hoarding, on the rooftop of Westminster Palace just behind and to the left of Big Ben; that part of the rooftop underwent changes, including moar repairs as well as removal of the scaffodling such that no pic taken in DEC 2015 or 2016 could match the scene captured in the Q pic.
On that point compare the resemblance between the Q pic and the stockphoto taken 31 DEC 2013.
Q has clarified that the pic could not have been taken after 2016. Q advised we look at 2015. And Q provided a timeframe based on Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park, an annual theme park that opens in mid-NOV and closes in early JAN each winter. Q's Winter Wonderland pics could not have been taken in the winter of 2014/2015 much less 2015/2016. Q's pics were taken at the park during the 2013/2014 season, as per details within the camera frame.
But Q did advise us to think 2015. Compare that year with the details in the London pics and that will lead to a time range within the winter timeframe. 2015 is the reference point from which to learn when the Q pics of London were taken.
Q 2926
Physical landscape +/- 'proves' it could not have been taken pre_2016.
OP active pre_announcement.
Intel awareness pre_2016.

Correction:
Could not have been taken post_2016.
Think 2015.
Long day.

Yes, there appears to be a thematic connexion between the news report you quoted and the info, including the pic, of Q 1423 which you used, but that does not make a Q proof in this instance.
Consider the significance of that, please, and read Q 1460 in the context that proofs matter, as you already know well, and that mass distribution of message creates the need to correct.
See Q 2932 AND Q 2914.
Blessings, fren.
