General thoughts:

Remember when Q said that facts matter? What I can say for sure is that the "v2k" stuff mentioned by OP absolutely exists based on my own observations, also the reverse of "v2k" tech. Sometimes you will notice it right away if and when it hits.

I also think that some of you have a hard time thinking fourth dimensionally, once you have time travel tech, going thousands of years forward or backward is like walking down the street. Stop thinking of the distant past and future as being "distant", it is as close to "now time" as walking a few doors down in an apartment complex.

Be it ETI, ET AI, humans (of the past, present, or future), human made AI, or whatever entity is pulling the strings. If they are doing it in pursuit of scientific research purposes like OP suggests remains unseen to me, but someone or something has access to high level technology, that much is clear.

I have seen items sitting in their lowest energy state be manipulated, for e.g. a TV remote sitting on the table suddenly and audibly move, as though it had been balancing on it's edge and then tipped over to its flat bottom, yet it was already sitting flat.

Rather meet the benevolent ones and determine where we can go from here if they've just been biding time studying us and waiting til we aren't entirely retarded like OP suggests. Yes it's frustrating to know your race has essentially been lab rats for whoever and whatever is up there, but I can't say we wouldn't do the same in their position. "Oh these dumb apes are still in a nuclear weapons pissing match with eachother, better let them develop a little longer before we make ourselves more well known again". Consider how our scientists treat what we generally view as "lesser life forms", we aren't much better in that regard. Much rather cautiously try to mend fences and build bridges to new friendships than harbor blind hatred for our rights being violated by them than sit idly by and let it stew. Especially if they're willing to help us overcome the criminal element that plagues human society. I'm not willing to sacrifice our sovereignty, but I am willing to make a friend where possible.

As for some of the Mandela things, a lot of that can be chalked up to disinformation and taking advantage of our less than stellar memory, be careful not to buy into everything without strong evidence to support it. Berenstain V. Berenstein bears being a prime example, thankfully I was paying attention to that at a young age, it's always been Berenstain. That's what absolutely calls for caution to me, no one enjoys being toyed with and much worse, but I don't know what parties are involved if more than one. This could all still be humans toying with humans, and history speaks for itself there. If in fact there is an off world benevolence/extra dimensional/etc interacting with us besides the ones trolling and turning humanity on itself though, I'd be interested in cautious steps to better relations.

That's what keeps some hope alive in me that there is some benevolence out there, if they can cross time and space from wherever they may be from, surely our bullets and bombs are of little concern to them. Even more so, they've shut down entire nuclear missile launch sites in all countries, maybe they just don't want their experiment blowing itself up, but on the other hand they may have an interest in seeing us become what we can be.

To put it plainly, I think the darker side of humans that took advantage of secret dealings with them (assuming that is the reality) and went along with it all, have dug us and them into a hole; now that so many are aware of what exists. There's not going to be any real way forward at this point without putting everything on the table and figuring this out like a mature species. We shouldn't blindly trust them and they shouldn't trust us entirely, but surely there is a better place our relationship could be than where we are presently. I think I can speak for a large portion of the Earth that humans are tired of giving up their sovereignty to governments that certainly do not have the interests of the population in mind (to say the very least) given the obvious if you're on any Q related page.

As for justification, I can not fully blame them for what man does to itself. That is part of the hazard that comes with higher technologies, the more capable one is, the more potential for great good or evil there is. It's like giving a lighter to a bonobo, it may burn down the forest, but maybe it will learn to use it productively. Absolute power corrupts absolutely, I'm not sure the powers that be on Earth are any different than the bonobo in what they've been given, but anyway I am not impressed when the select few that hold such technology try to intimidate/enslave others with it. Much better things could be done with such technology if we as a whole are willing to be mature and responsible with it. I for one would rather see us start to inhabit other planets than sink further into a 1984 style dystopia. If there's an intelligence out there that is at least neutral, give the people a shot instead of the corrupt governments I say.

That's an interesting thought, the big dipper points straight to Polaris, the current north star. It is interesting that there is an ursa major and ursa minor from our Earthly perspective here. Imagine what shapes the stars make on distant planets and how it relates to them.
