This was a very important event in history. The source of all negative ET abductions. Because a deal was made between the representatives of the People and the negative ETs, and the people trusted their reps and did not question much ("that tinfoil hat crackhead says (s)he was abducted by aliens hahahah what a looney"), the intergalactic peacekeepers, the angelic forces of the Federation, did not intervene. After all, the People stated their opinions, and Free Will is always respected.
