Found out some information about changing your early vote in Wisconsin. Pass it along as you see fit.

Similar to what occurs on Election Day with a voter before they feed their ballot into the machine, they can spoil but it is restricted to the following: During the IPAV period (In-Person Absentee Voting) a voter can ask to have their absentee ballot spoiled in order to vote a replacement ballot. They can also spoil/cancel their absentee ballot during the IPAV period, to go to the polls on Election Day. However, once IPAV closes, their vote stands and they can’t go to the polls to vote.
