Okay, so I noticed there's a big Soros connection to a couple of of the countries on the Biden pay for play list, Ukraine and Romania.
Soros spent decades & billions on transforming countries like Romania by building up NGO's with a socialist bend. USAID coupled with Soros worked on "transforming countries like Macedonia & Romania into Democratic states".
In 2014 Biden traveled to Romania to speak to some of these "Civil Society Groups" & the Prime Minister attended, he really kept pushing the join the NATO deal. I'm wondering if this was part of the deal?
