I've sussed out two identities, and then there's that one imitating him who did that song and dance routine on that show-your-talent type show. He was excellent, I really got a kick out that performance. They might ask him to fill in.

No, this was a guy doing a really hardcore dance routine. He had backup dancers dressed as Secret Service. It was slick and a hoot at the same time.
