Donald Trump has announced he plans to counter-sue the Democrats after learning the party had filed a lawsuit against his campaign, Wikileaks and Russia, over claims that they conspired to disrupt the 2016 U.S. presidential election campaign.

The president tweeted that the Democrat's lawsuit was 'good news' because 'we will now counter for the DNC Server that they refused to give to the FBI, the Wendy Wasserman Schultz Servers and Documents held by the Pakistani mystery man and Clinton Emails.'
Trump was in fact referring to Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the Democratic U.S. Representative for Florida's 23rd congressional district.
The Democratic National Committee filed the lawsuit Friday, alleging that top Trump campaign officials conspired with the Russian government and its military spy agency to hurt Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and tilt the election to Trump by hacking Democratic Party computers.
The Washington Post was first to report the multi-million dollar lawsuit, filed in Manhattan.
It alleges that a large racketeering-type conspiracy to harm Hillary Clinton's candidacy existed between the Trump campaign, WikiLeaks and Russia that was furthered by hacking and publishing emails belonging to the DNC.
