Yesterday, The Queen of England gave a speech for the opening of the Council of the Commonwealth. In her speech, she said that "when Prince Charles takes over the Crown"….the camera panned to Prince Charles and Camila. There reaction was a double take, then huge smiles. I believe it's at 2 mins 42 sec.
It sounds like the Queen is retiring soon.
