It's an anonymous board, anon. You can't ban people. Best you can do is ban an IP, but because of how the internet works, that is not really effective against the types of people who frequent these places.
I suppose the BO could appoint a bunch of volunteers to start deleting everything that doesn't comply to their standards, but that will destroy the board as it turns into reddit but with even more glow.
