To me, it's pretty obvious that Chelsea Handler (and possibly 50 Cent) have made deals, and are being used in different ways.
50 Cent coming forward breaks the dam open to the street guys so they don't feel like Uncle Toms for supporting Trump, because they can say "it's all about my money". that angle works in the part of the black community that like hustlers.
Chelsea, on the other hand, has to expose the ugly condescending liberal viewpoint, by reminding black people of their place and who they need to support, by way of a shockingly blunt statement. She even goes so far as to offer him sex if he behaves, again, another 'tell' imo that she is, whether willingly or unwillingly, part of the plan.
