My theory is regarding CP and who filmed it.

 

Most people pay a CoPay when they go to the doc. In a similar way in order to receive bribes(not blackmail yet) hunter et al have to be filmed breaking the law, this is the CoPay aspect. Then if their "business" deal goes south, or someone grows a conscience, then they have incriminating evidence(black mail) to single that person out, basically protecting the enterprise. CP is the CCP(et al) CoPay.

 

I agree with you there are banks involved in every aspect of [their] criminal enterprise.

 

Hunter was not being blackmailed but doing what he had to to get the money, paying the CoPay with CP with his family members and other kids in the broader sense of "family," in the criminal enterprise.

 

All this is theory/opinion.
