I agree with you, it's definitely worth looking into given that Q has recently told us how large this thing is ("You can't imagine the size of this"). Maggie also looks generally unhealthy and unhappy, in contrast to all the other children in the photo I posted. And yeah - the comment about visiting Maggie is odd.
